All AQUAIA orders are shipped via trusted international carriers and delivered by local delivery partners for the final stage.

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

7–12 business days (UK)

Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended due to customs clearance or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Fee

  • Free shipping on orders over £50
  • £3.99 shipping fee for orders under £50

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use it to monitor the delivery status at any time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the additional shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Request Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • In the original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed it meets the return conditions,

If the return is not due to a fault or quality issue, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.
